Research shows that younger women are losing their immunity to heart diseases because of shifts in their lifetime. Many studies have proved that by the age of 35 young women 10 out of 6 suffer from cardiovascular diseases (CVD).
A survey took place in Mumbai, India showed that women are more likely to have heart diseases. Almost 70% of Women in developed and non-developed areas above the age 35 in the cities were prone to heart diseases. The main contributing factors of these diseases are being in bad lifestyle, improper diet and some other physical activities. In developed cities we can commonly see that women equally addicted to smoking and drinks similar to men.
After 3 years of health research on 51,700 women, the study show that this heard disease are not shown on the young women, but also in women from the age 35-45 years old too. In the particular research it has shown that more that 72% women are at life risk of heart related diseases. Mainly the heart diseases are formed due to low HDL (good cholesterol) and high BMI, and more that 77% of the women were obese. And 89% of them were having borderline HDL levels.
Mostly the housewives and women working in the home are more vulnerable to heart related diseases. Here housewives are at risk of CVD, they are more likely overweight compared with working women at home, and they are prone to diabetes disease too. Well housewives and women working from home do not have any physical active in them.
We know that women are weak and strength, less but they have good health control with their breath, blood sugar and many other benefits compared with men. In the earlier women suffered heart disease 10 years later comparing to men, but in this day women are earlier. Doctors advised physical health is mostly recommended, regular exercise, changing their lifestyle, taking care of their diet could help them better in future.
Like said before smoking addiction, regular stress, diabetes, and family or personal tensions are the main reason to put them at risk, in the whole India, Kolkata state is known as the smoking capital of women, and Chennai and Mumbai come next after Kolkata. In women smoking addiction, stress, improper schedule in their work and not have proper physical health leads them to diabetes and heart related problems.
Women are advised to make changes in their lifestyle, for example, go for a healthy walk early in the morning, make a habit of eating vegetables instead of hotel and restaurant spicy foods make a good schedule in sleeping and make yourself comfortable with all your problems.
